We created Apaleo to change the hospitality industry in a meaningful way.

Our API-first property management platform empowers accommodation providers to design a technology stack that creates unique digital guest & staff experiences.

At Apaleo, you will find a diverse team of people with different backgrounds, united by the passion for learning and building an innovative product.

Your mission:

Work closely with our team in Munich to help shape and support our Business Development & Marketing strategies;
Assist with researching industry trends to spark ideas for content creation;
Contribute to the development of unique and engaging content for our blog and social media platforms;
Help identify and coordinate participation in local DACH and international industry events;
Support the creation of presentations, infographics, and promotional materials targeted to our audience;
Assist with translating English content into German and adapting our content strategy for primarily the DACH market;
Support CRM data management to help compile reports and insights that guide strategic decisions.

You would be perfect for this role if you have/are:

Passion for hospitality and its digital transformation;
Currently studying in the fields of Hospitality, Business, or Marketing;
Understanding key marketing concepts like market analysis, consumer behaviour, and branding;
Good communication skills and ability to share ideas with both techsavvy and nontechsavvy individuals;
Capable of crafting and structuring engaging narratives in the form of customer success stories, and educative blog articles, with a knack for organising and presenting ideas clearly;
Attention to detail in written communication and proficiency in syntax, grammar, and spelling;
Skilled in Microsoft Word (Pages), Excel (Numbers), and PowerPoint (Keynote). Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator or other design tools is a plus;
Native
German speaker with fluency in
English. French is a plus;
Keen to learn and eager to make a significant contribution during the internship.
