Your tasks:

Review of customer inquiries with regard to framework conditions such as INCOterms and payment terms
Preparation and revision of quotation through the ERP system, Microsoft Navision
Order entry and monitoring of delivery dates in cooperation with Supply Chain Management
Communication with internal and external customers, regarding offers and orders
Crossdepartmental communication and interface function
Maintenance of customer master data base

Your Profile:

Completed commercial training or comparable
Working experience in a similar position
Very good written and spoken English
Knowledge of German is an advantage
Experience with creating quotations in the ERP Navision system is an advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales App (CRM System)
Independent work ethic, wellstructured, and excellent organization skills
Very good communication and teamwork skills
