People Operations Specialist - Berlin, Deutschland - Peloton

Peloton's People Operations Generalist is critical in giving our teams and leaders the support and tools they need in order to be successful in their roles.
This role is highly collaborative and results-driven with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities at once.They are an effective communicator, working with several cross-functional stakeholders, and take pride in providing first class service to our employees.
Tasks- Expertly handle Employment Relations across all of Peloton's business functions within the German market
- Coordinate key People Operations processes across the company, including team member onboarding, benefits & compensation, and annual performance reviews
- Take ownership on complex projects and initiatives, solving challenging problems whilst proposing effective solutions
- Handle the onboarding process for new team members including new hire paperwork, system set up, and other related duties
- Administer policies, programs, and practices to ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Partner with Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partner teams on the administration of various projects, providing operational support as needed
- Provide support for benefits functions, including setup and administration of Open Enrollment as well as support for all companywide perks
- Maintain and update data within our HR systems, running reports and data analytics for business leaders as requested
- Build compliance into all that we do, including running audits and reports on People data to ensure accuracy across all People systems
- Provide backup administrative support to the wider People team, including employment verifications and drafting of employment change letters
Requirements:
- Extensive experience supporting People Operations functions required
- Experience navigating the nuances of German employment law preferred
- Experience working with HRIS, SuccessFactors preferred
- Experience working with self service ticketing systems preferred
- Immaculate attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to be agile and quickly learn how to use various systems and tools
- Motivated by providing hightouch "member service" for employees
- Reliably sound judgment, particularly in sensitive, complex, and ambiguous situations
- A desire to learn and pursue professional development within a fastpaced organisation
- A passion for tech, fitness, and helping others
