Stock & Sales Administrator (m/w/d)
Based in Munich, 12 month contract

Do you have a relevant experience in stock management in luxury Retail?

Do you know how to partner with others to improve processes?

Can you make thoughtful decisions to fix issues that require immediate attention?

Do you have a sense of service and a passion for continuous improvement?

Are you methodical, proactive and endowed with a great sense of organization?

This position requires to speak English fluent

What do we expect from you?

Your main tasks will focus on:

  • Manage Customer Service flows to/from the store (sending, receiving, repairing to/from the platform or subcontractors)
  • Administration and management of stocks from the reception of stocks to the inventory
  • Followup and preparation of omnichannel orders
  • Support for the organization of events
  • Responsible for the training of the commercial team
  • Perform operational activities/back office tasks in the store
This position, based in our boutique of Munich and report to the Boutique Manager.
