PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1、 Independently complete all accounting processing work for the German company, be able to establish an independent financial software account set, and complete each accounting processing work on time, including:1 Accounting processing work such as bank entry, income and cost expense entry, rent amortization, and asset depreciation amortization, and issuing various financial statements;
2 Review the authenticity, rationality, and legality of reimbursement of warehouse expenses and costs in Germany;
3 Accurately and effectively handle financial and tax related matters in Germany according to local policies;
4 Process VAT refunds on time according to local regulations in Germany (priority given to those with the ability to make changes);
5 Timely register bank journals and organize various payment documents to send to domestic financial contacts;
6 Ability to communicate important matters with local accountants, lawyers, and others in Germany.
7 Coordinate with domestic group finance to provide monthly data, audit issues, and provide information;
8 Timely judgment of all financial and risk issues in Germany and feedback and coordination with domestic finance.
REQUIREMENTS :
1、 It is best to have experience in coordinating audits or working in an accounting firm (but not all work experience is in an accounting firm).
3、Proficient in operating some commonly used financial software or SAP software in Germany.
4、 strong Chinese 、 German and English proficiency.
5、authorized to work in German.
