Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) im Bereich Business Development als Intrapreneur.

    Stellenbeschreibung

    Deine Aufgaben als Intrapreneur:

    • Du unterstützt maßgeblich bei der Akquise und Umsetzung unserer M&A Tätigkeiten im Rahmen unserer Buy & Build Strategie
    • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle und –ideen mit hohem Innovationsgehalt
    • Als Intrapreneur übernimmst Du Verantwortung in neuen Tochterunternehmen der GRÜN Software Group, insbesondere in der Aufbauphase
    • Mit Deiner Expertise förderst und forderst Du unseren Geschäftserfolg nachhaltig mit Impulsen und Konzepten zur ständigen Verbesserung des Unternehmens

    Dein Profil

    Folgende Anforderungen solltest Du idealerweise mitbringen:

    • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder marketingorientiertes Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen
    • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Gründungserfahrung im Kontext digitaler Geschäftsmodelle
    • Du sprühst vor Ideen, denkst quer und möchtest der Welt Deinen Stempel aufdrücken
    • Hohe Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und Kommunikationskompetenz
    • Eine uneingeschränkte Teamfähigkeit bei selbstständiger, effizienter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
    • Eine ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft, marktorientiertes Denken und Flexibilität zeichnen Dich aus
