- Assume responsibility for the day to day operations of running your business (flexible working hours based on either full or part-time comitment and you choose when and from where you work).
- Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this.)
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and manage the contact points (Trainings and scripts are provided)
- Support and coach new business owners in order to be succesful
- Create placements on platforms such as Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.
- Participate in weekly training & development streams for up-skilling via Zoom
- Regularly engage in our Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
- Attend training calls for further Personal Growth
- At least 6 years of experience in working in a professional capacity either in a corporate environment or self-employed
- Familiar with basic functionalities of social media applications (e. g. Facebook, Xing, Linkedin)
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for growth and development (lifelong learning mindset)
- Motivated, solution-oriented,reliable and organised
- Creative thinker with a can-do-attitude

- Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world with only a laptop, phone and an Internet connection
