If you are passionate for innovation, we want to meet you.Sales Development Representative, German Speaker**The SDR role requires a hunter-mentality and skills to follow up on incoming inquiries and prospecting. Experience conducting business over the phone and professional proficiency in German and English are essential for success. Your goal will be to help our sales representatives in the DACH region.
Responsibilities

  • Master Synopsys target market, business drivers and strategies to position Synopsys products as a valueadd solution
  • Execute the necessary daily activities to meet your monthly goals
  • Leverage all contacts to increase prospect referrals
  • Locate sponsors and company goals to position Synopsys appropriately
  • Provide field sales representatives in the German region with solid prospect background on role to ensure highquality prospect transition into the sales process

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English required, to a professional proficiency
  • Interest in a hightech sales career
  • Proactive mentality and can work in a highgrowth, fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Team player with a customerfocused attitude
  • Proven time management skills
  • Previous experience in a software related enterprise is a plus
  • You are a team player and FUN to work with
  • Additional languages are a bonus but not necessary
