The
Senior Sales Representative (f/m/d)
WEST - Germany for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for establishing and building relationships with both external customers and internal customers.

You will be responsible for achieving, or exceeding, assigned sales numbers by driving revenue_._


This position is part of the Sales Department located in Germany and will be a Field-Based Role (Region Dortmund, Bielefeld, Muenster).

You will be a part of the Sales Department and responsible growth and expansion of direct sales profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on product and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

The
Senior Sales Representative (f/m/d) is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on product.

S/he establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer focused on maintaining and growing the relationship to customers overtime, staying tuned for opportunities.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Set, lead and execute the agreed sales strategy to achieve market share gain within the territory. Be the primary contact for customers and engage with them to ensure business opportunities are maximized
  • both competitor and retention accounts.
  • Actively maintain competitive business and existing base through account management and promotion of products, working with key internal and external customers
  • Arrange and execute external and internal meetings including presenting and supporting both company and customer needs using DBS tools.
  • Present action plans at regular intervals to the management team and seek opportunities to convert competitor business
  • Ability to "wow" the customer. Being knowledgeable about your job, having pride in yourself and your abilities, and giving the customer your best to create loyalty and stand out among the rest.
  • Establish relationships and develop partnerships with the different public and private sectors, predominately focusing on stakeholders including decision makers, KOL's and C-Suite level to maximize our value proposition
  • Ensure the sales process is always on track and in line with the Company's requirements at sales stage and manage an accurate funnel.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience in direct selling in a comparable field or complex medical environment with a forward-thinking mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding planning and organization skills with evidence of creation and execution of successful strategic account plans within diagnostics or medical sector.
  • A consistent successful record in sales and solution selling, preferably in the medical device, healthcare or life science industry
  • Driving License and Fluent in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in tender management with multiple examples of successfully leading/ project-managing a complex tender response with the ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business management systems, including excel, word, PowerPoint and proficient in Salesforce.
