Peak Performance is on an exciting expansion journey, and we are now searching for an _Account Marketing Specialist_ for our Central European market.

The focus for this role will be to craft compelling activation plans on bringing our brand to life at our wholesale key account and category specialists.

This role will be based in Munich and will report directly to the Brand Activations Manager for Central Europe.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leveraging our key accounts and specialists to present our brand in a premium way to the end consumer, drive brand awareness and connect us with their communities.
  • Implementing holistic brand campaigns across distribution channel, while balancing conversion targeted activations focusing on digital first.
  • Aligning all activations to the global brand calendar and other brand activations within the market.
  • Closely collaborating with the regional sales team to align marketing focus and plans for upcoming seasons and prepare seasonal meetings with respective accounts.
  • Main contact person for all marketing related questions for our strategic key accounts and specialists (according to our strategy) in the CE market.
  • Document and recap activations and learnings from each activation and share with global consumer experience team.
  • Plan and monitor the seasonal account marketing budget.

Job Requirements:


  • Outstanding communication skills (German & English) both written and verbal.
  • University degree or relevant professional experience
  • 3 years of experience from working within retail/account marketing both digital and b&m
  • Preferably experience from working for a DTC led brand
  • Creative mindset and out of the box thinking to adapt global plans to the local accounts.
  • Handson mentality leading the activations from start to finish.
  • Great organization and time management as this role will be working in multiple seasons at the same time.
  • Xfunctional understanding to work effectively with sales team.
  • Negotiation skills
