For our Fendt Marketing Service Team at our bavarian location Marktoberdorf we are looking for a


Planning & Reporting Specialist (M/F/d) Fendt Full Line
Ref: 91328


As Planning & Reporting Specialist you take on a key role in the development and operational implementation of the Fendt Full Line Plan-to-Invoice process.

In doing so, you become a major interface between the production plants and the Marketing and Sales teams as well as other departments such as Engineering, Product Management, After Sales and Finance.

With enthusiasm and thanks to your strong analytical skills you push strategic development and operational results.


What You Will Do

  • Active participation in the development of a global 5year volume plan and crossfunctionally aligned scenarios to support management decisions on investments and resource deployment
  • Preparation of the global supply and demand quantities plan as well as consolidation of demand forecasts and sales targets by market in order to develop a uniform sales and production plan
  • Analysis of deviations between actual and planned figures as well as initiation of corrective measures as required and checking the effectiveness of the measures (Plan-DoCheck-Act)
  • Operational alignment of demand planning with production program planning and preparation of decisionmaking documents for capacity allocation
  • Further development of the KPI reporting system at both management and operational levels as well as making sure the associated data is available to drive daytoday priorities and support key sales & marketing performance management and decisionmaking processes
  • Contribution to brand and corporate initiatives to implement Best Practice PlantoInvoice processes

What You Will Bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Agricultural Science or commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience in a related field (Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Sales)
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with complex data analysis, e.g. in Excel

A Plus If You Have

  • Knowledge of SAP, experience with Management Reporting programs (e.g. Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). Relevant experience with Advanced Planning systems would be ideal
  • You are a dedicated and passionate doer with strong analytical skills, business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • You stand out due to your strong communication skills combined with a strong team spirit
  • You enjoy working in a multinational and highly dynamic work environment
