- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for utilizing Tricentis tools to ensure alignment with client objectives and high-quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the testing team, promoting best practices in manual and automated testing.
- Drive business development activities, including proposal preparation, pre-sales presentations, and client relationship management to secure new projects and partnerships.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective delivery of projects.
- Foster continuous improvement in testing practices, enhancing project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- University Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, IT and/or similar
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially FI-CO, and experience in SAP testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP testing tools like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization, etc.
- Extensive experience with manuel and automated testing in SAP environments, particularly using the Tricentis suite.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and large-scale testing projects.
- Knowledge in process mining is nice to have.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and client-facing capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Proficient level in English required – German is a plus.
- Proactive approach towards keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and SAP.

As Test Manager in Qiado you will be responsible to oversee all our testing activities, with special focus on all testing phases of SAP implementations and integrations using the Tricentis suite. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and a proactive approach to business development.
This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to shape and guide the direction of the internal testing area.
