Group Services (GS) is G+D's internal service company for IT, process management, and transactional services.

With over 400 employees, we operate internationally at several locations and provide modern solutions, with a high degree of standardization and self-service.

In the field of Service Delivery our focus is the end-to-end support of business processes.

This includes support in day-to-day business, continuous development and optimization of the process landscape, support for strategic initiatives (e.g., optimization projects, SAP rollouts, etc.) and digitalization.

Furthermore, it is important for us to also be available to our internal customers as a consulting partner, e.g., to create business roadmaps.

With our new Dynamics service platform, we are supporting 1.400 service technicians globally and are servicing 120,000 G+D machines. More than 300 cash centers running G+D software and we support around active service contracts.

For our department Global Process Excellence Customer Demand Management we are looking for a
Business Process Expert Service Delivery (M/F/d) at the earliest possible date:


Your Responsibilities:


  • You are driving the implementation of new business processes for service and support the development team in realizing the new functionalities
  • You contribute with outsidein perspectives on challenging topics to solve and continuously develop your skills to ensure that we consult G+D group in the best possible way
  • You contribute to international rollouts and projects
  • You are creating solution proposals, functional specifications, data concepts, etc. and alignment with the impacted functions (e.g., Application Solution Architect team)
  • You drive and facilitate the key user community for service processes, and you define the future global G+Dbusiness processes in the field of service together with our business partners
  • In close and proactive cooperation with our internal customers, the G+D divisions, you will develop efficient processes based on 'healthy' data as well as plans ('roadmaps') for the next 23 years

Your Profile:


  • Degree in computer science, economics or comparable
  • 5+ years of professional experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (e.g. implementation and configuration of solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service)
  • Strong understanding of customer service and field service processes and outofthebox features available in MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Project experience in service processes and their digitization
  • Experience with agile working methods and ITIL processes
  • Selforganized with strong analytical and communication skills, openminded and proactive
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German is beneficial
  • Team spirit and an efficient and solutionoriented way of working
  • Knowhow in SAP ECC SD and/or SAP CRM is beneficial, especially the integration of Dynamics
