Abteilung Projektmanagement
Das Projektmanagement sorgt mit seinen Berater*innen und Expert*innen dafür, dass unsere Software WinSped bei unseren Kunden erfolgreich eingeführt und in Betrieb genommen werden kann. Zu den Aufgaben der Abteilung gehört dabei die Planung und Terminierung eines Projekts und auch die intensive Auseinandersetzung mit den Anforderungen eines jeden Kunden. Sollte es einmal dazu kommen, dass ein Kunde neue, bisher nicht vorhandene Funktionen benötigt, begleitet das Projektmanagement auch diesen Prozess bis zur fertigen (Weiter-) Entwicklung.
Um einen erfolgreichen Go-Live zu erreichen, ist das Projektmanagement in Teams mit kompetenten und motivierten Fachkräften organisiert. Als Anwendungsberater*in für unsere Speditions- & Logistiksoftware bist Du für die eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Kundenaufträge und -projekte von der Installation bis zum Echtbetrieb unserer Standard Logistiksoftware WinSped verantwortlich
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von WinSped
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im logistischen Umfeld mit Berufserfahrung oder Berufserfahrung als Disponent*in; alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Logistik, Wirtschaft oder Informatik)
Fließende Deutsch- und Spanischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
Reisebereitschaft europaweit
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Home-Office
Erfahrung im Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement bei der Einführung komplexer Softwarelösungen
Erfahrungen im Umfeld des agilen Projektmanagements
Kenntnisse im Bereich von SQL-Datenbanken und –Abfragen
