Intern Customer Relationship Management (f/m/d):

To support our Customer Relationship Management team we are searching for a Intern Customer Relationship Management (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support the team in creating and developing data driven analyses and reports
Evaluate marketing performance of the performance marketing teams
Analyze customer behavior and generate customer insights
Help optimize personalized customer targeting and potentially develop new data models for targeting

WHO YOU ARE:

Student or professional in marketing analytics, with a background in math, stats, or economics
Experience in a datadriven environment like BI or Database Marketing
Strong affinity for online marketing and ecommerce, with analytical skills
Proficient in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL, R, and ETL preferred
Familiarity with campaign management tools is advantageous
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in teams
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
