    Repulping Technology GmbH & Co. KG ist ein junges und wachsendes Unternehmen der CleanTech-Branche mit einem umfangreichen Netzwerk von Marktführern und Global Player der Papier- und Recyclingindustrie als Kunden.

    Als Innovationsführer bieten wir der Branche ganzheitliche Closed-Loop-Lösungen. Dabei planen und bauen wir als Turn-key Anbieter komplette Recyclingzentren - inklusive aller benötigten Anlagen und Aggregate, sowie die begleitenden Dienstleistungen, wie u.a. Rohrleitungsbau, Montage, Elektrik und Automatisierung, sowie der benötigten Wasserkreisläufe.

    Wir suchen einen Project Realization Manager, um unsere zukünftigen Anlagenbauprojekte optimal Planen, Realisieren und Steuern zu können. Dabei wollen wir in den ersten Projekten die Prozesse des Auftragsmanagements standardisieren.

    Aufgaben


    Ihre Aufgaben:


    • Sie übernehmen federführend die Projektplanung der Errichtungsprojekte in der Projektrealisierungsphase


    • Sie planen die mechanische Integration der Anlagen in vorhandenes Anlagenumfeld zusammen mit dem Produktmanagement


    • Sie planen die elektrischen Anbindungen und Automatisierungstechnik der Projekte


    • Sie übernehmen die Projektsteuerung und Auftragsabwicklung der Projekte


    • Sie übernehmen die Abwicklung des After-Sales-Geschäft


    • Sie leiten Lieferantenbesprechungen und bereiten Auftragsvergaben vor


    • Sie bauen das Claim Management und Auftragsmanagement auf


    • Sie controllen und berichten regelmäßig die Projekte

    Qualifikation


    Ihre Stärken und Erfahrungen:


    • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau und besitzen idealerweise betriebstechnisches Konstruktions-Know-how


    • Ihre erworbenen Kompetenzen runden Sie durch ein Studium im Maschinenbau, Elektronik oder der Automatisierungstechnik ab


    • Sie bringen Erfahrungen in allem Engineering-Phasen mit und haben Erfahrungen in der Konstruktion, Werksplanung und in Logistikprozessen


    • Sie besitzen eine Zertifizierung und umfassende Erfahrungen für das Projektmanagement im Anlagenbau


    • Prozess-Know-How im Aufbau eines Auftragsmanagement sind vorhanden


    • Interesse in der Verfahrenstechnik und Anlagenbau, insbesondere für Closed-Loop-Produkte


    • Ihre Stärke ist eine professionelle Arbeitsweise:

    o analytisches Denkvermögen und systematische Arbeitsweise,

    o verhandlungssicheres Englisch,

    o perfekte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT, der Geschäftsinfrastruktur und MS Office,

    o hervorragendes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement,

    o ausgezeichnete schriftliche, mündliche und kundenorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,

    o unternehmerisches Denken

    o beste Arbeitsergebnisse auch bei hohe Belastbarkeit,

    o hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Fokussierung auf faktenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung.
