Beschreibung:
Der E°Darc C ist ein modulares Servosystem zum Antreiben von Synchron- und Asynchronmaschinen, welche z.B. im Werkzeugmaschinenbau Verwendung finden. Hierbei werden für Positionieraufgaben klassische Verfahren der feldorientierten Regelung angewandt. Auf der Steuerkarte des Servos befindet sich ein FPGA, welcher die komplette Regelung und Kommunikation übernimmt. Auf einen Signalprozessor, wie er noch in herkömmlichen Geräten verwendet wird, wurde verzichtet. Der Regelalgorithmus für dieses FPGA wurde an einem Prototypen-Prüfstand (dSPACE-Umgebung) auf der Basis von MATLAB/SIMULINK entwickelt. Im Rahmen unterschiedlicher Abschlussarbeiten sollen Themengebiete von der Reglerselbsteinstellung bis zu alternativen Regelungsverfahren untersucht werden, bevor die praktische Erprobung der erzielten Ergebnisse an einem HiL-Prüfstand die Arbeit abrundet.
