Material Disponent

Sie sind verantwortlich für

  • Umsetzen der durch die Planungs
- und Vertriebsvorgaben definierten Materialbedarfe in Fertigungsaufträge/Bestellanforderungen mittels SAP R/3 MM

  • Auslösen von Bestellungen
  • Regelmäßiges Bestandscontrolling und Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Bestandsoptimierung
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Bearbeitung von Fehlteilen gemäß definiertem Prozess
  • Einkauf von Verbrauchsgütern wie z.
B. Lacke, Fertigungskomponenten, Maschinenersatzteile, Werkzeug, Rohmaterial usw.

  • Festlegung und Verfolgung von Liefer
- bzw. Fertigungsterminen mit den Lieferanten, logistischer Anbindung/Warenfluss

  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens, inkl. Bearbeitung von Terminabweichungen und Rechnungsdifferenzen (Preis/Menge), sowie den notwendigen Informationsaustausch mit dem Rechnungswesen bezüglich erfolgter Zahlungseingänge

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
  • Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Disposition oder Einkauf
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und SAP
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Material planner

You are responsible for

  • Converting material requirements defined by planning and sales specifications into production orders/purchase requisitions using SAP R/3 MM
  • Triggering of purchase orders
  • Regular inventory controlling and development of measures for inventory optimization
  • Master data maintenance
  • Regular checking and processing of missing parts according to defined process
  • Purchasing of expendable goods such as paints, production components, machine spare parts, tools, raw materials, etc.
  • Determination and tracking of delivery or production dates with suppliers, logístical connection/goods flow
  • Execution of the dunning process, incl. processing of deadline deviations and invoice differences (price/quantity), as well as the necessary exchange of information with the accounting department regarding payments received

Qualifications

  • Commercial education or technical education with appropriate further training
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in scheduling or purchasing
  • High level of communication skills
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
