What's coming up for you?

Coordination of purchasing data for the tender with the customer
Creation of tender files with the necessary criteria for an inquiry
Processing of technically demanding tenders
Tracking and evaluation of tenders
Coordination of production engineering with the customer and the supplier as well as support of the suppliers in production engineering topics
Ensuring quality requirements
Clarification of technical specifications with the technical department
Control and implementation of technical change notifications to the supplier
Classification of part families (product families) based on drawings and parts lists
Research, identification and qualification of new suppliers according to customer requirements and / or drawings
Active communication with international suppliers
Participation in the further development of our sourcing processes and in the updating and expansion of our supplier database
Evaluation/acquisition/integration of potential suppliers
Observation and analysis of relevant raw material prices

What should you bring with you?

Industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, product designer for mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technician for automation technology, operating technology, machines and drive technology
Mechatronics technician, industrial electrician, electromechanical technician, electronics technician for automation technology, operating technology, machine and drive technology

- or a comparable professional training

Several years of professional experience in work preparation, experience in purchasing an advantage
A convincing personality coupled with a high level of customer orientation
Willingness to perform, ability to communicate and work in a team as well as strong implementation skills
Strong analytical skills and good technical understanding
Language skills: fluent German and good English, other foreign languages an advantage
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) desirable
Moderate willingness to travel
Handson mentality and a good sense of humor
