WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Join the Getsafe team as the Finance Lead and play a pivotal role in steering the financial functions of our company.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in budgeting, reporting, controlling, steering and overseeing operational finance functions.

As a key leadership figure, you will also serve as a strategic sparring partner for the CFO and other key executives, contributing to strategic financial decision making and to strategic initiatives such as fundraising and M&A.

YOUR MISSION:

Lead the elevation of the controlling system including transparency on financial metrics, cost control and budgeting initiative whilst working operationally day to day
Support diverse functions as lead, including accounting, controlling, treasury and risk management, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company goals
Serve as a strategic sparring partner with our CFO, engaging and driving discussions that will contribute to the overall success of the company and working closely to engage in investor relations
Foster collaboration with key internal stakeholders, acting as a partner in creating business cases and guiding financial decisionmaking processes

ABOUT YOU:

Proven track record in highperforming finance teams with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Background in evaluating and optimising financial systems for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, incorporating tools for enhanced operations
Thrive in fastpaced environments, with a keen eye on building what's ahead in the Finance team and structure
Due to your high affinity for numbers, you are a particularly accurate person with "attentiontodetail" with a high sense of responsibility and integrity
You bring fluency in both German and English
