MedAire provides the Aviation (Private Aviation and Commercial Airlines) and Luxury Yacht sector with fully integrated medical and security solutions.
MedAire is credited with establishing the world's first global emergency response centre dedicated to providing immediate, real-time medical assistance to the aviation and maritime sectors.
Our centres are staffed by emergency physicians, Registered Nurses, and communication specialists. MedAire supports over 200 global airlines, 3500 private jets and 1200 Luxury Yachts.Would you like to provide administrative support to our Sales Team? Then join our international Team as a Sales Support Executive (M/F/d).
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within an international sales support team with representation in Dubai, Singapore, London and Frankfurt.
- Provide administrative sales support to the regional Frankfurt based Account Management team including processing of renewal agreements, salesforce admin, onboarding of new products / services and general invoicing.
- Assist in management of client enquiries and orders including provider related communication and order tracking (equipment).
- Assist with regional event coordination and special events related to sales functions, as applicable
- Assistance with commercial aviation training coordination as needed.
- Administrative support to the MedAire GmbH legal entity.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or professional experience related to the job
- Experience in an operational / commercial environment with a focus on project management
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness
