Your tasks:

Manage P&L and budget
Drive and coordinate organizational structure of Specials
Optimize and develop business
Promote innovation culture
Analyze market and provide strategic plan forward
Ensure development and implementation of global product strategy
Drive business development amongst regions and countries
Define business requirements for corporate IT systems/solutions
Cooperate and report to the Global Head of FESL

Your profile:

Masters degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
Several years track record in large, multinational organizations with a track record of effectively working across matrix organizations
Experience in managing and developing P&L's
Extensive experience in a comparable function, preferably in the logistics and/or air and ocean transportation sector
Strong experience in leading multinational teams within special logistics (Special logistics / Cruise logistics, others) requirements
Understanding of business process context and operational environments in global freight forwarding
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems
Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
