As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) at BIC, you'll be an integral part of our Key Account Management team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct data analysis and prepare periodic reports to support business decisions.
  • Provide crucial administrative support to the Key Account Management Team, assisting in tasks such as managing the new item setup and conducting database checkups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, maintaining continuity in customer interactions and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of Key Account Managers.
  • Facilitate internal processes by efficiently directing customer requests to the appropriate channels, expediting issue resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Oversee the management of B2B Omni-Retailer's ecommerce content, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support Key Account Managers in preparing for customer fairs, ensuring that materials, samples, and documentation are ready for presentation.

Projects You'll Work On:

  • Assist in the creation of the annual price list/quotation, collaborating closely with the marketing department.
  • Manage content updates in print and digital media for our customers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in virtual meetings to optimize data transfer and contribute to ecommerce content topics.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For In You:

  • A relevant completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a university degree.
  • Professional experience in administrative roles, preferably in sales support or customer service: +0/2 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, with strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German at a fluent speaker level is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Resultoriented and customeroriented approach both towards colleagues and clients.
  • Structured mindset with a comprehensive approach, adaptable and fastlearner.
