Attention Our Founders Team is currently looking for a versatile and committed Founders Associate (M/F/d).

Become part of our management team, get involved in all relevant company questions and develop personally as well as professionally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain some first-hand experience at founding an early-stage VC startup.

Aufgaben

You are the "right hand" of one of our Co-Founders and work with them closely on a daily basis
You'll work on eye level with the whole founding team and be part of a trustful atmosphere at C-Level
Your generalist nature and your huge interest in everything makes it easy for you to take on a variety of tasks at both an operational and strategic level
You'll actively support our entire management in various projects that you drive independently and take ownership for
Your projects may span platform operations as well as biz dev, sales, product, and investor relations
You are not scared to sub for one of the founders acting as an "interim founder" in case of absences

Qualifikation

You hold a Masters degree in Business, Business Information or a related field with outstanding academic success
You have already worked in highpaced startups, consulting companies or VCs
You like to be forced out of your comfort zone, work independently and take on responsibility quickly
You're flexible and like jumping from one project to another
You are hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to gain experience in leading teams
You have a positive attitude, you like to laugh and it's fun working with you
You love challenging projects that you manage effectively and you don't consider yourself too good for easy tasks at the same time
You have very strong communication skills and are business fluent in German and in English
