Outsourcing Officer (M/F/d)
Frankfurt Full-time/Part-time permanent

In Germany, 11 transversal functions of the group are represented. They are responsible for defining standards for our business units, monitoring their implementation and supporting and advising our teams.


Challenges that let you grow:


  • Supporting the Outsourcing Manager/Officer in the governance of the Outsourcing risk management framework
  • Preparing the review of the central Outsourcing Arrangements Register, by prechecking the completeness and quality of required evidences and follows up evidence collection
  • Accompaigning and supporting the regular review of contractual arrangements
  • Providing administrative support to the Beneficiary or involved parties along the Outsourcing Risk assessment process
  • Contributing to the preparation of adhoc reports of existing contractual relationship with the Beneficiary, in a continuously evolving regulatory and legal environment
  • Supporting the Beneficiary in the preparation and organisation of project (business data collection, risk validation, golive) and outsourcing committees

Skills that convince:


  • University degree (Bachelor degree) in business administration, or adaquate professional experience
  • First experience in the financial services industry, preferable in Risk or Legal area
  • Office knowledge, in particular good Excel and PPT knowhow
  • Knowledge of major frameworks, issues and developments regarding Law and Regulation.
  • Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
  • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
