Role Overview

Provide firstlevel technical support, service restoration, the fulfillment of service requests, and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance, and utilization of knowledge and information systems.
Follow a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problemsolving to meet set standards and agreed procedures. Executes transactions as per prescribed timelines.
Provide first measure analysis of issues and inputs for problem management. Leverages the best effort method for issue resolution through crossfunctional coordination and support team leader in training, reviews, and escalation handling.

Your Profile

Fluency in
German.
Located in the
Berlin area to commute.
Motivation in technical support career.
Knowledge or experience in the Service Desk/ Tech support process providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / LAN Issues / Application support/ Small Forms etc.

€30,500 - €31,500
