Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) - Sweden

Your Tasks

Support the engineering team in managing the execution of capital/labour intensive projects within extremely short timelines
Managing daytoday running of various aspects of test site: inventory, procurement, documentation, logistics
Align resources to accomplish key objectives, assign clear accountability for important objectives
Coordinating projects with partner companies and suppliers.
Create and maintain documentation

Your Qualificatons

2+ years work experience in a fastpaced industrial environment
Experience with coordinating scoping, procurement, logistics and execution of projects
Experience in one or more of the following:
Industrial mass production or testing
Procurement management
Construction management
Government regulations of industrial operations
Fluent English oral and written (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
Business level Swedish and experience in operating an SME is considered an advantage
Past experience in trade skills (machining, welding, electrical) are considered an advantage
