• 4+ years of the similar experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365, ITIL Documentation, Microsoft Server Environment, Mobile Device Management (Apple devices)
• Understanding in POS retail check out systems (troubleshooting remote and onsite)
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly
• Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
• Patient and professional demeanor, with a cando attitude
• Upper-Intermediate English and better

• Basic German is a plus

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
