D-Fend has developed and brought to market an advanced autonomous counter-drone system which automatically detects, locates and mitigates rogue drones by TAKING CONTROL over the communication links of the drones, and land them safely in a designated zone.

We work with the most advanced and prestigious, defense, and national security organizations in the world.

  • We are looking for

experienced

with the defense/security/law enforcement sectors, energetic, hands-on, independent, sharp sales Head of Sales for Germany.

This position will play a key role in our fast-growing global start-up company. Your challenge will be to build, lead and grow sales.


Requirements:


  • Located in Germany.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years with the
    defense/security/law enforcement sectors

  • Passionate, hard worker, persistent and loyal
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in executing sales campaigns
  • Relevant sales record in the target markets
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and adjust quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel across the Central and the Nordic Countries

Responsibilities:


  • Generate, develop and manage sales leads
  • Develop effective channels to generate and support sales
  • Create and maintain solid and strong relationship with potential customers and partners
  • Understand competition, identify local and global players
  • Create and execute approved sales plans, leadingin to the expected results
  • Define and execute resultsdriven sales tactics
  • Learn and closely follow the environment of the market
