Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies.

It sounds complex, but we'll explain further Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project).

Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.

What your day will look like:
Supervise international eLearning projects in terms of conception, creation and consulting in collaboration with the respective Subject Matter Experts (internal & external)
Support all existing and future stakeholders in the use of the Thinkproject Academy platform
Project based development and production of new learning designs for digital and blended learning journeys and manage the content in the LMS and related tools.
Review and maintenance of the Thinkproject Academy offer in collaboration with the respective Subject Matter Expert
Conduct administrator onboarding in the form of presentations and/or workshops for our clients and internal colleagues
Administrate and maintain the Thinkproject Academy platform (account maintenance, materials, information, forum, updates)
Further digitalisation and process optimisation in the overall Thinkproject Academy team specifically in the Learning Center.
Pre-Select, introduce and implement new digital education solutions

What you need to fulfill the role:

Knowledge in Articulate 360
Knowledge in adult education
Fluent German and English language skills
Experience in project management
Authoring Tools and LMS experience is a plus
