We're seeking a Founders Associate Intern who wants the unique opportunity to work closely with the Founders and the People Lead at bunch
:


You will work on essential elements of our business and gain in-depth knowledge
of what it takes to build a team around a vision:


Top responsibilities:


  • Support strategic projects, ensure that things run smoothly for the founders and own the operational side of things from developing daytoday business processes to creating company policies.
  • Take part in developing, mapping, and executing processes as part of our employee lifecycle, including recruitment and people operations.
  • Be the founders' problemsolver across the business and be responsible for daytoday admin topics for our HQ.

What you should bring with you:


  • You are currently pursuing or recently graduated Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor/Master/MBA degree).
  • Sincere curiosity in entrepreneurship and demonstrated initiative, as well as good communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for earlystage.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced and ambiguous environments. Whether you excel at modelling quantitative decisions, enjoy interacting with people, or have a talent for automating processes.

with the People Lead to get acquainted with bunch and to understand if what we're offering is what you're searching for.

Case Interview, to demonstrate your way of thinking, working, and communicating your output.

Final meeting
with our Co-Founder to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions.
