  • For this role, you'll join our Manufacturing business unit and be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our metal production unit in Bremen to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
What you will do- Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities and interactions with different internal and external stakeholders within a global organization:


People management:

  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and organizational goals
  • Mentor a team of local managers and support them in their development
  • Reinforce cohesion within the team and make sure they are aligned as a local management team as well as within the global organization
  • Foster a work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with global processes, procedures, and workflows to provide structure and clarity while allowing for flexibility and agility in the teams to respond effectively to changing business needs
  • Encourage a proactive mindset within the teams, empowering employees to take ownership of their responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Product management:

  • Work closely with market managers to translate market needs into tangible product offerings and effectively position and promote metal 3D printing in the market
  • Make sure the operations team "walks the talk" of our product offering and brings the metal value proposition into practice
  • Give direction and provide support to our sales team in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development efforts

P&L responsibilities:

  • Develop yearly operating budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with finance and executive teams
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and revenue streams to maximize profitability
  • Implement costsaving initiatives and operational efficiencies


  • Your profile

  • You have a master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • You have very solid experience with a commercial focus in the metal industry (preferably CNC services)
  • You are a change agent with strong leadership skills; you are able to inspire and motivate teams
  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, you have a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • You combine a strong commercial mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proficient in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis
  • You are able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You speak fluently German and English
