    Our team is looking for support in the area of project andconstruction management. As a part of your daily work you willbe dealing with various - both small and large - projects forthe biopharma and life science industry, within a highlydedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiastic andopen-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilities

    Accountable for overall EPC project performance,including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health& Safety), Financial, Schedule and Qualityperformance and construction for large EPC projects inthe biopharma and life sciences industry

    End to End responsibility from conceptual design to endof Operational Qualification (OQ)

    Highest escalation level within the project to client,contractor and the project team

    Develop and keep good communication and relationshipwith the Client

    Report the project status to the company management asper corporate procedures

    Lead the project risk identification and mitigationplan development process

    Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelinesare followed within the project disciplines (ProjectManagement, Project Engineering & Design Manager,Project Commercial Manager, Project Site Manager /Construction Management)

    Define project strategies to achieve the project goalsexternally and internally

    Be a visible, positive and encouraging exampleinfluence for the project team members, both internallyand externally. Provide guidance and motiviation to theteam

    Show your expertise

    Master Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

    Several years of experience in project management inthe related industries (biopharma or life sciences),and EPC project management experience

    Demonstrated strong verbal and written communicationskills in German and in English

    Detailed knowledge in project execution andcoordination

    Good communication and motivation skills

    PMI certification advantage
