As Founders Associate you will be closely working with the four co-founders and across various teams on a wide range of responsibilities.

Your main tasks are monitoring and facilitating success and growth, coordinating internal and external communication and ensuring a healthy team culture is maintained.

Tasks

Your are a sparring partner to the founders in strategic decisions such as: Growth strategy, product roadmap and talent acquisition
You help with Financial planning, forecasting and monitoring as well as coordinating monthly accounting and annual financial statements with the external tax advisor
Business Intelligence: Promote and track progress by compiling financial & project status reports

Requirements:

You have at least 3 years of professional experience possibly alongside your studies
Entrepreneurial mindset with multitasking skills, high degree of self organization
Hands on mentality: You identify potential tasks and get things done
Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills
Experienced with Office Software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Google Equivalent
Academic degree in Business Administration, Technology Management or similar
Fluent in English and German
