What you ́ll do

This project management role is critical in coordinating multiple projects initiated as part of the evolution of our Benefits Strategy.

These global projects require collaboration across multi-focus and geographical teams

Your tasks include:

Work and support directly the Global Benefits Strategy leadership team, dealing with stakeholders from all over the world
Manage established projects to deliver on time and in quality
Identify and define additional projects required to accelerate the execution of our Global Benefits Strategy

What you bring

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience and proven ability in working in highly networked, fastpaced and agile environment.
Solution focused and customer centric
Excellent organization skills, coordinating across functions and teams around specific topics.
Clear and crisp communication style, with an ability to communicate complex topics or concepts in a visual and simply understandable way.
Detail oriented, effective time management to track and deliver to deadlines.

The Total Rewards Benefits Strategy team is responsible for the design of SAP's Global Benefits Strategy, as well as for the coordination of the execution of this strategy.
