The service technician is part of the commercial structure, attending to the after-sales service needs of customers in the region.

He/she works self-sufficiently and has a clear customer orientation, as well as a business vision. He/she must be willing to travel and develop his/her technical skills.


TASKS:

• Coordination of onsite assemblies.
• Commissioning of primary and secondary cubicles. Configuration and tests (FAT and SAT) of protection and control equipment. Configuration of communication's equipment.
• On site Customer training.
• Maintenance of cubicles and protection and control systems. Nonconformities resolution.
• Customer Support Service, remote and on field.
• Completed training in the field of energy technology or electrical power supply or as an electrician
• Confident handling of electrical systems
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in service and processing, ideally experience in the area of SF6insulated MV systems
• Experience in the field of protection and telecontrol technology is an advantage
• MS Office
• Class B1 driving licence
• English language skills desirable
• Advanced level of German
