Responsibilities:

In your role as Finance Business Partner (M/F/d), you proactively support and advise the business units on creating value and unlocking incremental business potential
You provide business decision support, transactions analysis, opportunities based on data driven business models and solutions as well as guidance on cost management
You run business projects and supply financial expertise within the development of the respective strategic plans with detailed and specific knowledge on the products, customers, functions, markets and competition
As Finance Business Partner (M/F/d), you contribute to the definition of complex business strategies and translate these into short, medium and long term financial and nonfinancial targets and KPIs
You challenge the business leads on the critical path to achieve business results, identify potential performance gaps, ensuring transparency of business actions, communicating areas for course correction and steer action plans also within the monthly closing and commenting process

Your qualification

University degree in Economics or similar, preferably with a focus on Finance or Controlling
First professional experience in Finance/Controlling in an international company
Analytical skills and strategic thinking to business strategy definition
Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
Fluent written and spoken English as well as excellent communication skills
Analytical way of thinking
Enjoy working in a team and continuous aspiration for improvement
