What you'll do:

You will be responsible for ensuring Scrum and other Agile methodologies implemented are understood and being followed.
You will facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection).
You will facilitate the onboarding of new members into the Agile/Scrum Team and continuously improving the colleague onboarding experience.
You will coach the software development team on Agile practices and facilitate adoption of Agile ways of working.
You will facilitate Agile training & workshops.
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement and iteration of our Agile processes.
You will contribute to increased engagement levels in a mixed onsite/remote team of developers.

Who we're looking for:

Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
Expertlevel experience in coaching teams in Agile adoption
Experience as a Scrum Master to multiple, globally distributed, and remote teams
Previous experience of project management and project reporting
Experience of DevOps practices and Software Delivery
Experience of digital product delivery and management
Broad and deep knowledge of Agile and DevOps tooling (e.g. Jira)
Experience in additional Agile methodologies a plus
Ability to balance a dogmatic interpretation of methodologies with the real needs of the business
