EMAR / DEMAR Technical Instructor (Mechanic & Avionic / CAT B1 / B2) (d/f/m):

Your tasks and responsibilities

Development, preparation, coordination and self reliant execution of technical and logistic training for highly complex avionic and complex mechanical systems (e.g. Communication Systems, CFK Structure etc.) with multiple interfaces
Prepare training courses to include course materials and technical/training manuals and materials that reflect the customer's actual aircraft configuration
Translate customer requirements in Training Solutions
Satisfy Customer Requirements (development and provision of the specific training to fulfil customer requirements)
Selfsufficient management of assets in the area of responsibility (attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency)

Desired skills and qualifications

Proficiency in preparation of lesson plans, curriculum outlines and POIs as well as in conducting training on technical materials
Proficiency in modern teaching techniques, advanced presentation skills and instructional methods
Proficiency with Power Point and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel
