Our client is a successful, internationally operating industrial company. Our client generates a turnover in the three-digit million range with several thousand employees at numerous international locations. Due to its global network, our client offers excellent development and manufacturing expertise.

Due to the increasing international positioning and digital transformation of the organization, our client is looking for a Head of Global Finance (M/F/d).

Aufgaben

Responsibility for the Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Treasury departments of the Group as well as the 11 international production sites (direct / indirect 60 employees)
Responsibility for and further expansion of the existing Shared Service Center Accounting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB as well as international financial statements and group reporting (IFRS, US-GAAP)
Preparation of the business plan, the annual budget and the forecast
Responsibility for corporate and production controlling, as well as the preparation of financial and corporate key figures including the derivation of improvement opportunities and their targeted implementation
Definition and implementation of the accounting policy and interpretation criteria
Development of the "Internal Audit" and "Sales Controlling" areas
Further development of the ERP environment for Accounting & Controlling
Responsibility for investment and financing planning as well as coordination and support of financing partners.
Maintenance of investor relations as well as communication with external stakeholders
Lead or Co-Lead of restructuring projects

Qualifikation

A degree in economics with a focus on finance & controlling
Several years of professional experience as Head of Finance in a manufacturing company
Proven professional, social and personal competence
A structured way of working, an analytical approach and are also a very good communicator
Language skills in English, Slovak/Czech and/or Chinese
