Purpose:

Assists with
evaluating processes to identify non-compliances, non-conformances, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvements within the company's Quality Management System (QMS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty satisfactorily.

Verify established processes meet quality standards by surveilling them, identifying possible process noncompliance's or opportunities for improvements.
Assists with process development by providing feedback on design and building features relational to requirements.
Recommend changes in methods to improve process.
Provides assistance to functional areas as they achieve and sustain ISO 9001 standards.
Is a quality "champion" by promoting, teaching, and presenting quality as a means for product improvement and efficiency.
Assist with the development and implementation of standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation in conjunction with our customer's guidance.
Interfaces with contractors Management team to resolve qualityrelated problems.
Assists with verifying the contractual and corporate compliance of work performed as it relates to quality.
Other duties that may be assigned to meet company goals and objectives.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

High School graduate or equivalent
Associates degree in a related field is highly desirable but not required.
Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multitask in a fastpaced environment, and interact at all levels.
Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.
Must be able to meet and maintain all base access security requirements.

Specialized knowledge and skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and other software programs to assist with special projects.
Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) is desirable
Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA) is desirable
ISO 9001 Auditor Training Course Certificate is desirable

None

2) PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48hour work week.
Must be able to endure long hours (overtime as required)

3) WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, mainly sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.
May be required to deploy on missions on short notice at the direction of the PMO.
