Summit Renewable Power GmbH (SRP), based in Düsseldorf, Germany, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tokyo-based Japanese trading company Sumitomo Corporation.


We focus on renewable and sustainable energy sources with the goal of improving the impact of resource use on our environment.

Established in 2016, SRP is an ever-growing player in the field of project development for renewable energy projects.

Wind offshore projects are in focus - but also wind onshore farms or photovoltaic projects.


In addition to the wind farms already in operation, further projects in the UK and France are currently in the development phase.

Due to our dynamic growth and the status of the projects, Summit Renewable Power GmbH is looking for an experienced
Executive/Personal Assistant (M/F/d) to our Managing Director as soon as possible.

This position will be in Düsseldorf.

  • Support the management with operational, organizational and administrative tasks
  • Ensuring a smooth daily routine through independent office organization
  • Creating and preparing presentations, reports and decisionmaking documents
  • Appointment management and organization of meetings and business trips at home and abroad for the management, including travel expense accounting
  • Preparation and followup of meetings as well as taking minutes and providing all relevant documents in due time
  • Participation in internal and external corporate communications
  • Preparation of adhoc analyses
  • Support in the preparation of contract documentation
  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable degree
  • Very good command of German and English language; Japanese language skills are nice to have
  • Proficient in the use of common MS Office products and modern IT
  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Handson mentality
  • Distinct entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Quick comprehension, independent and selfmotivated
  • Careful, accurate and structured way of working
  • Confident and friendly appearance in an international environment with a Japanese parent company
