Delivery Hero is looking for a (Sr.) Specialist Talent Acquisition, Europe (f/m/d) to join the People Team of our European business.

Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin.

Delivery Hero's businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

This role will be responsible for owning and executing a wide range of different searches for a number of departments and countries.

They will work with our C level stakeholders to consult and advise on search strategy & recruiting process to ensure we are making excellent leadership hiring decisions.

Your mission:

Lead update meetings on active searches, conducting onsite interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and presenting/negotiating employment offers
Train leaders to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities, to understand the nuances at executive level
Assessing talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values and Leadership Principles
Owning various regional succession planning initiatives

Your heroic skills:

You have 3+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on Europe (Nordics and CEE specific)
To be successful in this role you will have a high level of attention to detail as well as research and business acumen.
You'll be highly inquisitive and an amazing communicator.
You have executive search recruiting experience (search firm/ inhouse both considered) covering a range of different departments and functions
You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels
You use data and research to inform your discussions and decisions
You are fluent and an excellent communicator in English (German is not required).
