YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design and optimisation of components in accordance with tooling requirements, in cooperation with the R&D departments
  • Conception and development of complex moulding tools for carbon fiber components
  • Special designs of assembly, milling and bonding jigs and fixtures
  • Maintenance and further improvement of the CAD infrastructure
  • Close cooperation with the R&D division, the internal toolmaking department and the production compartment

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Ideally several years of experience in working with CAD programs (preferably Solidworks)
  • Completed training as a design engineer / toolmaker or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Experience in CNC design for metallic materials (milling & turning) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of fiber composite materials and their manufacturing processes
  • Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for process & components
