You support our team as

Specialist Marketing Communication Global (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Global, cross-group coordination of all marketing and communication topics to internal and external stakeholders

Definition, implementation and success control of all marketing activities of the SurTec Group (social media, corporate design, PR, internal communication, etc.)

Participation in further development in the areas of Employer Branding, Sustainability and Business Development

Responsibility for the social media and PR presence as well as website and intranet of the SurTec Group

Planning and execution of global marketing campaigns

Creation &(further) development of the employee magazine, the sustainabilityreport, the marketing report & various marketing materials such as brochures, posters, sales sheets, etc.

Organisation and execution of fairs and other events

Budgetary Responsibility for Marketing Activities, Trademarks and Patents

Qualifications:

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business Administration/Marketing/Media/Communication or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in the field of marketing in the B2B environment

Good understanding of social media and communications

Basic knowledge in the field of prompt engineering; experience in handling AI tools; PR experience advantageous

High motivation and pleasure in design aspects

Strong communication skills, customer orientation and personal responsibility as well as interest in interdisciplinary teamwork

Very good verbal and written English skills
