How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and manage a multinational and multicultural team of technical project managers and project support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders such as the client, partners, manufacturers, supplies and contractors
Encourage and empower team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support when needed
Manage capacity and capability planning and drive employee development for your team
Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes and increase team efficiency
Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the team to encourage knowledge sharing and idea generation
Guide the team towards successful project outcomes and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Masters Degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or similar education is necessary
Around 10 years of professional experience in leading teams of project managers and in execution of EPC projects
Experience within the transmission industry and knowledge of business issues associated with High Voltage Equipment
Strong leadership and people management skills preferably in an international environment
Experience in employee administration, recruiting/hiring process
Ability to provide feedback, responding to inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying and addressing customer needs. Additionally, you should possess strong change management, analytical and problemsolving, and collaboration skills
Strong English and German skills
