Virta is the fastest growing electric vehicle (EV) charging platform in Europe. Our end-to-end solution helps companies to launch, operate, and scale an EV charging business.

To support our growth, we are now seeking a L egal C oun s el to join our team in Berlin.

In this role, reporting to CLO, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance to the sales and operations team sharing your expertise in contract law to support our scaling operations.

To succe ed in this role you will need to be fluent in German and English. Location for the role can be Berl i n or Helsinki.

**What you will do: - Provide legal guidance and support to the sales and operations team, including drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and sales-related documents.

Advise on operational matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
Conduct legal analysis and stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess and address legal implications of business strategies and initiatives.
Manage and coordinate legal disputes with external counsel, including negotiating settlements.
Assist in developing, drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices. Provide legal training and guidance to employees on various legal issues, including contract interpretation and compliance matters.

**What you will bring: - Master of Laws (LLM) or equivalent from a university in the EU.

Ideally 5 years of postgraduation experience as an inhouse counsel and/or from a law firm in an international setting.
A strong track record of drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, MSAs, software and technology agreements, and partnership agreements, as well as creating repeatable, scalable processes in an international setting.
Exposure to employment law, privacy law and IPR matters would be beneficial
Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills. Interest and knowledge of workings of different technologies and solutions is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of crossfunctional teams, with strong problemsolving and analytical capabilities.
You can work autonomously while exercising sound judgment in a fastpaced environment. Flue ncy in English and German languages. French language skills and knowledge of the EU data protection laws is regarded as advantage
