THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Assisted and Automated Driving Development team in Munich, that develops various software modules and new technologies to enhance the driving experience whilst working towards the goal of autonomous driving, is currently seeking a:

Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Specialist (M/F/d) - Kronberg or Munich

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the recruitment process from initial role briefing through to offer stage
  • Working closely with the Hiring Manager to ensure our culture is fully represented throughout our social and websites to attract top talent
  • Manage the offer, negotiation and closing process including required administrative components
  • Support recruitment projects in line with agreed timelines and sourcing methodologies
  • Regular benchmarking against competitors for salary banding and benefits
  • Reporting on all available roles as well as presenting on recruitment trends
  • Compile, interpret and distribute weekly recruitment reports, communicating clearly to all stakeholders the progress of recruitment relating to live vacancies, highlighting challenges and opportunities
  • Ensuring management are prepared for all interviews by recommending and preparing key questions
  • Headhunting top talent by using all means including LinkedIn recruiter, referral schemes and recruitment events
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
  • Support with preparatory payroll accounting
  • Preparation of contracts, contract amendments and references as well as official correspondence
  • Assumption of organisational tasks and support in the implementation of projects
  • Active participation in process optimisation/automation of personnel processes
  • Implementation of guidelines and processes
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics
  • Responsibility for the necessary measures in the area of occupational health and safety (ASA)

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Internship in human resources management or a business degree in a similar mayor

Fluent in German and English is mandatory:

  • Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and deadlines at any given time
  • Ideally a track record of recruiting entry and experienced hires
  • Ideally experience across several sourcing channels and techniques
  • Ability to understand and support hiring manager needs and challenge managers where needed
  • First experience with generalist HR topics e.g. contracts, certificates, time management ect.
  • Think creatively and outside the box
  • Good analytical skills
  • A resilient and enthusiastic who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs
  • An individual with the ability to prioritize their workload
  • A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • An effective team player who supports team members
  • The role needs an individual who is highly creative and can think laterally

Regular travel to the office in Munich
/ Kronberg (monthly)
