We are looking for a Director, Quick Commerce Performance (all genders) to join the Local Shops team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin

Your mission:

You lead a team of 6 with the mission to improve and plan our Local Shops business globally
You lead several of Delivery Hero's regional growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact
You take ownership of both global and local market initiatives to strengthen our customer and platform partner relationships, and develop the performance of our Dmarts
You work on a mix of strategic, as well as, operational handson topics
You work closely with local business management to consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries
You work across multiple countries with the country's executive teams providing support in business analyses and operational execution
You provide senior management with regular project performance reports and presentations based on multiple data sources
You support senior management in adhoc reports, business cases, analyses and other critical topics

Your heroic skills:

You gained at least 7 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a management consulting, investment banking firm or industry leader (preferably eCommerce/ internet/ technology)
You earned your degree from a university in business, economics, management or engineering
You are advanced in business analysis and modeling, while possessing a handson mentality and executionoriented attitude
You are highly independent, motivated and communicative, very energetic and solutionoriented in handling business challenges
You possess logical thinking skills and selfstarter mindset
You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
