Your tasks:


  • You will lead the Global Demand Management Department with focus on Contract Management, Sales and Operations Planning as well as Service Offer Management and Service Project Management
  • More precisely, you will lead our Competence Center for Service Contract Management including the operative contract management at our Headquarters as well as the global governance for service contract processes
  • It is your responsibility to lead our team of Service Project Leader to support the development of service products and ensure servicereadiness for new service products
  • You will furthermore support our service offer process and ensure coordinate the flowdown of contractual deliverables into our worldwide service operations team
  • Additionally you are responsible for the steering of the global "Sales and Operations Planning" for support services as central tool for capacity and capability planning
  • You / your team act as interface between Sales and Business on the one hand and our service operations team on the other hand
  • Your responsibilities will include the continuous improvement and further development of the related service demand processes and roles

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
  • Leadership experience with international teams and strong experience in global service organisations (Matrix)
  • Strong background in service contract management (operative and conceptual)
  • Experience in solution design for services and its implementation into the service organisation
  • Knowledge of offer/bid processes for services and the cascading of customers' requirements into the service organisation
  • Experience with S&OP processes and planning cycles
  • Good knowledge on performance metrics in demand management and project management methods (e.g. Earned Value Management)
  • Business mindset, able to identify customer need and proactively build efficient service solutions
  • Strategic foresight and international mindset
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness for travel (occasional)
